FARGO — For most adults, giving time, money and resources can be something of a burden — especially as free time has become a rare commodity.
It can be even more difficult to volunteer as a student when they're already busy with classes, extracurriculars, homework and everything else. But two local students have found a way to make it all work — and they're getting noticed for their efforts.
This weekend, Olivia Allen and Ishika Gupta will travel to Washington, D.C., to receive the Prudential Sp
